Photography
Photography taught me to notice light through leaves, fog settling into valleys, and ecosystems persisting in overlooked margins. This practice of attention shapes every design decision I make. When I advocate for climate-responsive landscapes, I draw from quiet mornings watching pollinators work, observing seasonal light shifts, and understanding that nature functions beautifully and efficiently. My camera is where I learned that what we choose to see determines what we choose to protect, and that every environment we design is either an invitation to notice or a barrier to connection.
